OUR SCOPE:
Vessel loading of over-dimensional, heavy-lift cargo and breakbulk packages in China, South Korea, Tampico, Mexico and USA.
Vessel discharge, barge roll on/roll off, truck loading/offloading, tie-down, and securing of cargo on barges/trailers in USA.
Nalcor Lower Churchill Falls
LOCATION:

PROJECT DECSRIPTION:
Hydroelectric Power Plant at Gull Island and Muskrat Falls in the Central Labrador region. The power stations will together generate 3,074MW.

OUR SCOPE:
Marine Warranty Survey for all discharge operations from ocean going vessels in Bay Bulls, Canada. Loading on barges and sailing onboard barges to ensure prompt decision making in order to avoid protestors opposing the plant. Discharge by roll-off at Cartwright, Canada. All engineering review in regard to ship discharge and barge loading and discharge by roll-on and roll-off, including ballast plans and securing for ocean transit.
Sadara JV Polyethylene Envelope
LOCATION:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
26 Plants – of those 14 Plant will be introduced for the 1st time in Saudi Arabia, including Polyolefin Elastomers, Isocyanates and Polyols Plant.

SCOPE:
Pre-loading and loading operations of various heavy lifts (i.e. Jacketed Pressure Vessels, Pellet Water Coolers, Convection Modules, etc.) in South Korea and Thailand for inland transport to Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Cameron LNG
LOCATION:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Gas Liquefaction & Export Terminal – 3 Train Liquefaction with a capacity to produce 13.5 million tons of LNG per year.

OUR SCOPE:
Engineering review of loading method statement, lift plans, stowage, securing, securing calculations, barge layouts, transport drawings, and roll-on/roll-off plans.
Vessel loading of two (2) Cold Boxes and ancillary accessories at the Port of Kobe, Japan for ocean transport to Houston, Texas for discharge. Cold Boxes and their accessories were subsequently loaded onto a deck barge and transported to Hackberry, Louisiana to be offloaded at the project site.
Total Refinery - Ethane Cracker

6 x SRT-III Pyrolysis Heaters - Ethane Cracker to produce 1 million-tonne of ethylene per year.

OUR SCOPE:
Engineering review of stowage plan, lifting plan, securing, securing calculations, discharge plans, barge layout, trans-loading lift plans, loading ballast plan, method statements, step-by-step roll-off ballast plans for the cargo loading stability, and transportation plans for the cargo operations onboard numerous vessel and barges in China, Korea, Thailand, UAE, and multiple locations in Texas.
CPChem - USGC Ethylene
LOCATION:
Baytown, Texas

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
1.5 million metric tons per year Ethane Cracker and associated offsite components at Chevron Phillips Chemical's existing Cedar Bayou complex in Baytown, Texas. It is the first greenfield cracker project in the United States in more than a decade and is one of the largest and most energy-efficient crackers in the world.

OUR SCOPE:
Vessel discharge, barge trans-loading, truck offloading of project cargo in Houston, Texas. Fluor and JGC, as JV partners, performed LPSM EPC Services of ISBL, OSBL, and off plot facilities for 1500 KTA Ethylene Facility adjacent to CP Chemical Plant in Baytown, Texas
BP Whiting Moderization
LOCATION:
Burns Harbor, Whiting, Indiana

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project will increase the refinery’s capacity to process Canadian heavy crude by 260,000bpd and its petrol and diesel production by 4.7 billion gallons per year or 15% of the present annual output. The expansion includes the licensing, design and fabrication of sulphur recovery technology and the revamping of several hydrotreaters.

OUR SCOPE:
Numerous surveys overseas and in USA to review loading and securing plans, monitor and document the loading and securing of project cargo onboard ocean-going vessels/barges and their discharge at Mittal Dock/Burns Harbor in Whiting, Indiana. Surveys were carried out in Italy, Canada, S Korea, China, The Netherlands, Spain, Japan, Mexico, and USA with special emphasis on heavy lifts.
LACC Ethylene Lake Charles

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A cracker to produce 1 million tons per year of ethylene and a monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant, which will produce 700,000 typ of fiber-grade MEG.

OUR SCOPE:
Engineering review of transportation drawings, barge layouts, securing, securing calculations, and roll-on/roll-off ballast plans.
Truck loading, road transport, roll-on/roll-off, vessel loading/discharge, and barge trans-loading operations of heavy lift cargo (i.e. RIE Buildings, Surface Condensers, Convection Modules, Break Bulk Packages) from South Korea, Kobe, Japan, Lake Charles, Louisiana and Houston, Texas.
Freeport LNG

Gas Liquefaction & Export Terminal – 3 Train Liquefaction with a 4.64 MMTY capacity to produce 13.9 million tons per year.

OUR SCOPE:
OTR transport and trailer unloading of one (1) Thermal Fluid Heater. Engineering review of lift plan, securing, and securing calculations. Monitor and document the loading and securing of one (1) Dethanizer Overhead Compressor Economizer onto a transport truck/trailer for road transport.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
35,000 BPD of propane, producing up to 1.65 billion pounds per year of polymer grade propylene.

OUR SCOPE:
Surveys covering review of method statements from shipping lines/heavy haulers including barge layouts, roll on and roll off plans, ballast calculations, mooring plans, tie-down and securing plans, etc. Shipments originated in Thailand, India, Italy, South Korea and USA - LA, PA and TX, where EMCI surveyed the loading and securing of heavy lifts/cargo on ocean-going vessels, barges, and OTR trailers for discharge in Houston, TX.

Pine Bend Refinery - Unit 21 Heater Replacement

Environmental friendly heater to eliminate emissions associated with periodic heater decoking while improving Coker utilization and product yields.

OUR SCOPE:
Engineering review on barge layout drawings, method statement, securing, stability, and roll off proposal. Monitor and document the loading of Radiant Sections and Convection Modules onto road transporters for transport to Sattahip, Thailand. Witness the loading and securing of heavy lift cargo along with additional break bulk cargo. Discharged the remaining cargo in Violet, Louisiana.

LOCATION:
Development of the Pony and Knotty Head deepwater field located in Green Canyon Blocks 468, 511 and 512 in the Gulf of Mexico - South of Fourchon, Louisiana.

Deepwater Oil & Gas Field - estimated life of 15 years and oil reserves of 635,000 million barrels of oil equivalent. The two fields are estimated to hold combined recoverable reserves up to 350 million barrels of oil equivalent (mboe).

Loading and securing of Tubing Heads and Subsea Trees onto truck/trailers in Houston, Texas for road transport to project site in Fourchon, Louisiana.
Shell Vito Development
LOCATION:
241km southeast of New Orleans, in the Mississippi Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico, in 4,000ft of water depth

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Deepwater oilfield comprise of 8 subsea wells drilled up to 18,000ft-deep and equipped with in-well gas lifts, and four-column semi-submersible floating production unit (FPU). The oilfield will produce up to 10,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day.

OUR SCOPE:
